Job Description and Salary:
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR - Cincinnati Ballet is searching for an
Artistic Director to help lead the Company into the 21st
century. The primary responsibility of the Artistic Director
is to develop and produce high quality ballet performances
and programs for Cincinnati's professional, classically-based
ballet company. We are an AGMA company with an annual budget
of $3.5 million and new state-of-the-art rehearsal facilities.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Qualificaions for Applications:
The successful candidate should have experience as a
choreographer, be able to recruit, engage, teach, rehearse,
coach, and evaluate dancers, as well as possess the abilities
to be an effective ambassador within the community and
assist with fund raising.
